第27章 爱上你的工作（第1页）

我们每天都会听到“跳槽”这个词。尽管你有这样的机会，但是一旦所有的改变都实现了，真的会使我们快乐吗？或许问题不在于“我们如何能找到喜欢的工作”，而在于“我们如何爱上目前的工作”。采取下面四个实用的步骤，来确定自己做现在这份工作的原因，花些时间想一想，你就会有惊奇的发现。

1。要认识到：定义你的不是你的工作，而是你的工作方式。在这里，更多的话题应该说是针对态度，而不是意愿。任何工作只要能做好，就要开心、认真地去做。你的工作态度和为人处世的方式，甚至是你的心情，都不会被人忽视。这些都会给你的同事带来深刻的影响。你往往不能控制你的处境，但你可以选择如何去适应。

2。不再关注钱。钱永远都不够多，所以不要再用钱（或是缺钱）当做借口。不管每月的15号和30号你带回家的是多少钱，你都会想得到更多的钱，做更多的事情。只要你的钱更多，你想做、能做的事情就越多。试着记下你每周花的每一分钱。看看你的钱到底花在了哪里，这样可以帮助你审视是否确实把钱花在了你想要的东西上。得到报酬只是你工作的一小部分，工作完成的意义远远超过了一张薪水支票。

3。发现工作的重要性。这也许要求你志向高远，然而你可以做到。花些时间，好好想想你的工作。你的工作有意义吗？你看到成果了吗？一件事情的完成，你是否给过指导？然后问问自己：“我的存在使这项工作有什么不同？”在个人满足和幸福方面，想象起着重大作用。试着回忆一下，当初为什么选择这份工作。如果仅仅是“缓兵之计”，那么，你还在积极地寻找其他工作吗？

4。勇敢地询问自己的价值所在。如果你不能在工作中找到自己喜欢的那部分，或者你发现自己正朝那个你永远也不愿成为的人转变，考虑一下原因吧。也许你需要的不是一份新工作，而是一个新方向。你欣赏工作中的自己吗？如果答案是“不”，你能否转变一下工作方式，还是工作本身存在什么问题？你是否需要在你所在的公司里做不同职位的工作？附加的责任是否会使你离开你所负责的工作？或许这些都需要重新规定。学着说“不”。尽量选择那些你肯花时间去做的工作，不要只因为每个人都期望去参与一些事件或会议，你就去。

问自己为什么要做这份工作，并不表示你对其不满意，只是为了能有自知之明。知道了这一点，就能够引导你获得更大的工作满意度，增加满足感，更好地掌控你的工作，不再“跟风”。对于一些人来说，也许改变的时候到了。如果真是如此，也不要担心。改变不一定有坏处，仅仅是与之前有所区别而已。对于其他人，向四周看看，你会发现，你看到的风光更绚丽。

注视你的生活。你是怎样描述它的？满足？匆忙？令人兴奋？有压力？进步？还是倒退？许多人的生活时常是这样的。我们梦想着有一天去做一些事，同时也希望能忘掉一些事。《圣经》中说，耶稣的来临使一切脱胎换骨。如果你能以全新的面貌起程，那你的生活会呈现出怎样的景象呢？
